Do you have whitelabel?
Yes, white-label is included on every plan. This removes all ProductLift branding from the portal and emails.
Can I use it both internally and publicly?
Yes, each portal can be private or public. You can use it internally for you and your team, share it with logged-in users, or with everyone in public. You can also configure each tab as public or private (e.g., declined or in-review features).
Is a custom domain available?
Yes, by default, you'll have your own name.productlift.dev domain. You can set up your own custom domain, such as roadmap.yourwebsite.com.
Who counts as a team member?
A team member is someone from your organization with workspace access to manage feedback, prioritize requests or publish updates. This can include product, development, support and sales. Customers and people who only give feedback or vote do not count.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Add extra team members to any plan for $15/month each. Starter includes 2 team members, Pro includes 5 and Business includes 25.
How many users can vote or provide feedback?
Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited end-users at no extra cost. There are no tracked-user fees.

No, you can collect unlimited feature requests and feedback items on every plan.

What if I don't like it?
You can try ProductLift for free for 14 days. When you continue with ProductLift, you can go for a monthly contract and cancel each month.
