Cookie Statement
Effective date: April 17, 2026
This is the cookie statement of Ruby Foundry B.V. operating under the name ProductLift, hereinafter: ProductLift. ProductLift is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number 99995662 and is located at Mulderstraat 35 (3581GP) in Utrecht (The Netherlands).
Scope
This cookie statement applies to both:
- productlift.dev (and www.productlift.dev): our marketing website.
- app.productlift.dev and any customer portal hosted on a *.productlift.dev subdomain: the ProductLift application where customers and their end-users submit feedback, vote on features, read changelogs, and use related functionality.
End-users of a customer portal interact with cookies set by the application. Customers operating a portal are responsible for providing their own notice to their end-users where required by applicable law; this page describes the cookies ProductLift itself sets on those domains.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser when you visit. Cookies can be used to remember your session, keep the site secure, remember preferences, or to collect analytics about how the site is used.
Categories of cookies we use
ProductLift uses three categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website and application to function (for example, to keep you logged in and to prevent cross-site request forgery). These do not require consent.
- Functional cookies: remember choices you make or enable features such as the support chat widget and anonymous voting. These do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to deliver a feature you requested.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: help us understand how visitors use the marketing website so we can improve it. These are loaded only on the marketing website (not inside the application) and are set only to the extent permitted by your consent and applicable law.
